This blog, True Grid-a play on the phrase (and movie) "true grit" and the word "gridiron," is my attempt to get off my chest 1) things I think regarding the game of American football and 2) my love of the New York Giants. I guess then the title could also be a play on the phrase "true blue" which is often associated with the GMen. However, I hope to have others post comments and write their own posts about what they think on events or stories in sports in general. Never a dull moment, sports today provides such compelling entertainment that my father describes it as watching sex in a car crash. Sounds like fun (and metal crunching).
